Rubin Safaya founded Cinemalogue in 2005, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and relocated to the Dallas-Ft. Worth area in 2007. He is a member of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Film Critics Association and the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers.

Mr. Safaya is also the Principal Critic of Shahrvand and a listed Tomatometer Critic at Rotten Tomatoes.
