Rubin Safaya founded Cinemalogue in 2005, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and relocated to the Dallas-Ft. Worth area in 2007. He is a member of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Film Critics Association, and a listed Tomatometer Critic at Rotten Tomatoes.

Mr. Safaya has also held past memberships with the Online Film Critics Society and the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers.
